You're the third person in a week to try to get some ancient kernel version to work for an ARM board with xHCI. A lot of features went in between 2.6.35 and 2.6.39, which makes backporting bug fix patches particularly hard. Besides, why would you want to run 2.6.35 when you don't get USB device suspend, or host controller suspend? Your ARM board is going to consume a lot more power without those features.
