Ok, I fixed my scripts to generate a public url for the cover letter,
but I hate having to wait for the changes to show up in the mirrors, so
git request-pull command in my scripts is really using the gitolite URL.
If you're pulling from the public URL, then I'll change the command to
use that and just twiddle my thumbs until the branch changes show up. :)
