      usb: renesas_usbhs: tidyup mod_host request variable name
      usb: renesas_usbhs: tidyup the unit of detection_delay
      usb: renesas_usbhs: add platform power control function

#1 - #6 are cleanup patches.
#7 adds new platform function which is needed for new R8A chip
