Actually, I have been looking at the documentation before. I was not sure what
to make of the fact that there is *no* entry for
"/sys/bus/usb/device/.../new_id" in the ABI file "sysfs-bus-usb".
Shouldn't there be one (like the one in "sysfs-bus-pci"?
If you say so, I will add this entry, using the PCI entry as a template.
I'd need the data for the "Date" and "Contact" field though. Let's see if I can
figure that out.
