Hi,

Alan had a few concerns which I tried to answer and the discussion
stalled then. Alan, do you want me to resubmit the correctly ordered
patch for all devices know so far.

IMHO it makes no sense to fix this anywhere but in USB core, because
there's no way to make sure any device driver is actually loaded when the
system is suspended and the problem is not limited to runtime PM.
