Hi Jason,

It helps if you actually send USB 3.0 problems to me (since I'm the
driver maintainer), as I sometimes ignore the linux-usb mailing list for
days. :)

Freeze, as in you need to reboot your computer?  Or powercycle as in
you needed to unplug and replug in the USB device?

I'm debugging hard hang with a USB headset with someone else, so if
you're seeing a system hang, you may be hitting the same bug:

All the log shows is that there was a lot of transfer errors, and the
device was eventually disconnected.  Maybe you have a bad connection?
Does the device disconnect under EHCI?
