Is there any way to detect the file copy is done in "file storage gadget" ?

Do you mean whether host is performing a file copy operation on file system
mounted on top of the device provided by the file storage gadget? No, there is no way of doing that and in fact it would be very hard to do reliably since
it's a whole different layer.

File storage gadget provides a device side mass storage class implementation which exports a block device to the host. It has no concept of files or file system. The name “file storage gadget” comes from the fact that the backing
storage the gadget uses is any file on the device.
