The patch is fine with me (all it does is change "limited" to "limited 
to 32 bytes"), but I'm not the maintainer for usbmon.  That would be 
Pete Zaitcev (listed in MAINTAINERS, although not for usbmon).  You 
should CC: your patch to him, and also to the overall USB maintainer 
(Greg KH).

Also, change the email Subject: line to something more appropriate.
