Hi Greg,

Following are the fixes for post-rc3 I have. These were
just tested on pandaboard with g_zero + testusb and a few
mass storage transfers via EHCI port.

I'm finally back from the business trip and have a few
things to look after, so if I take a while to answer to
any mails, please bear with me :-)

The following changes since commit ebf53826e105f488f4f628703a108e98940d1dc5:
