Hi, This is the AMD PLL quirk moving patchset v5. Changelog from v4: 1. Revert to use quirk flags; 2. Fix the bug that OHCI and EHCI driver may encounter build or runtime errors if CONFIG_PCI is not set or the system do not have PCI. Thanks Alan for finding this bug. xHCI driver is not affected because it's depending on CONFIG_PCI set.
