The Net2280EVBs are still available. I saw that usb.org still lists
a distributor for this (see [1]). They did have these in stock last
time I checked.

You could also pick a board with a USB gadget controller and use g_zero
on it. <Shameless TI plug> The Beagleboards/Pandaboards are an option.
