Any progress? It was being called. Apparently I missed a diagnostic printout in the log. Unfortunately, the box with the problem had a motherboard failure of the disk controller, and is in the shop. The expected repair time is ~2 weeks. Warranty repair has a known price, but an extended time to fix. I was trying to chase down the connection routing problem when the failure occurred.
