how about I queue them up for .37 and then add a -stable
I'd have liked the warning/oops fix go into 2.6.36. The two Blackfin fixes can wait indeed.

Two of the patches already have "Cc: stable@xxxxxxxxxx" line...
Not all of them did, hence my question.
I didn't consider error path fix important enough for -stable.
