The MUSB controller is mostly used as a peripheral controller on the OMAP
platforms. The host part of the MUSB code may not have been stressed as
much as the gadget controller side. (I think many Davinci board users do
use the controller as a host).

If there're any instructions to reproduce the failure, we could attempt to
test on OMAP/Davinci/Blackfin hardware to see if we also see the same
behavior.
