Bus 001 Device 005: ID 04b4:6560 Cypress Semiconductor Corp. CY7C65640
USB-2.0 "TetraHub"

This shows that Dev 7 is the internal hub to the Edgeport adapter,
which is connected to an internal USB 2.0 hub.
----------------

According to URB.txt, the error I am getting, -EINVAL, is due to:
"Invalid INT interval" or "More than one packet for INT". I'll see if
I can figure out which one applies to this case.

I'll also try the CentOS folks to see if they have any ideas.
