Thanks for applying it!  Did it fuzz a little?  The first hunk appears
to have been moved to between two class code definitions instead of
at the end of the other descriptor type definitions.  I'd be pedantic
enough to move it up to line 69 (from line 83), but it certainly doesn't
affect correctness.

Where does libusb development live these days?  Really these definitions
should go in there instead of in lsusb.c.
