Ick, I need to delete that cvs tree, but at first glance, couldn't
figure out how to do that.

usbutils is now kept in git, at github.com:
	git://github.com/gregkh/usbutils.git
and kernel.org at:
	git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/gregkh/usbutils.git

I'll go see if this applies or not...
