I'm writing just to let you know that I am working on this. Since I am using kernel 2.6.33.1 from Fedora 13 Rawhide I had to edit manually usbaudio.h and usbmidi.c because both conflicted, the rest of the patch applied just fine.

For usbaudio.h I had to apply both changesets by hand and for usbmidi.c I just had to edit in the first changeset where you include linux/mutex.h.

The kernel built without errors and I left my laptop at home building the kernel-firmware. When I get to home tonight I'll test it and report back the findings.

Thanks a lot for your work.

Regards,

William
