The xHCI root hub code was a quick hack I put together to get started.
Ideally, it should present khubd with two USB hub connections, one with
USB2/1.1 ports, and one with USB3 only.  I'm going to verify how real
hubs work and then modify the roothub code to conform to real behavior.
