If you need the spec, an agreement is needed with intel.

And if you read it, this concept may be easy to describe. Or Sarah have more
clear word. 
Now the chart tells us there is only one root hub with 2 different kind ports,
and combine them in 1 physical connector. The xhci-hcd driver now export one
root hub with different kind ports, not 2 different kind root hub.
