in the meantime I have send my Laptop back zu Acer and at the hotline i
had demanded to renew the 3G-Modem. So i got it back last week with an
new Modem, and now my System is running absolutely stable about a week.

Thanks a lot for your help and sorry for the confusion i made ;).
