You can order a PCIe x4 card U3S6 from Asus which combines SATA 6G
(Marvell) with a NEC USB3 controller for less than 50$.

As the other speed values are numeric, wouldn't it be better to report
5000 instead of "super". (For "variable", that would not help and I
would not know an obvious value, except maybe the maximum possible
value?)
