What is the purpose of aligned? Why doesn't the driver simply use
USBTMC_HEADER_SIZE + transfersize instead of rounding it up to a
multiple of 4?

Shouldn't this be

	if (USBTMC_HEADER_SIZE + transfersize < aligned)

?
