The logs only displays > the last unsuccessful cycle. Try doing this before you start testing: echo on >/sys/bus/usb/devices/usb3/power/level This will prevent the root hub from autosuspending. Although the logs seem to indicate that root-hub autosuspend is not the cause of the problem, I would like to be certain.
