Should we add something to da8xx init to unlock these if MUSB/OHCI is
enabled?
AFAIK, our consensus with TI was to *not* touch the kick registers
(which unlock writes to the CFGCHIP registers and some others) to avoid
a race with DSP which also writes the key values to these registers.
