OK, it's now in my iommu-2.6.git tree; thanks.

I think I want to augment the DMA debugging stuff we have so that
drivers (especially USB) can _report_ the addresses to which they were
configured to do DMA, before we took them over. Then we can compare that
with the addresses that the firmware _admits_ to, and warn loudly if
they mismatch.

Jörg, does the AMD IOMMU suffer similar idiocy to this 'RMRR' table
nonsense?
