This kind of BIOS bug probably accounts for _most_ of the 'VT-d crashes
my machine' bugs that I've seen recently. Even for the ones which _did_
turn out to be more interesting, we had to disable Legacy USB support in
the BIOS before we could get any further. So if you're happy to push it
sooner, that would be useful.
