Yes, they're very adamant about the logo usage.  They sent a
cease-and-desist letter to someone who was attempting to run a more open
version of the USB forum on usb.org and who was using a modified version
of the SuperSpeed logo.  I'm sad I will never get to use the cute
picture I made of Tux holding the SuperSpeed logo. :(
