complex device)?
Are there any working patch-sets or sth?

I guess you mean the composite gadget framework. Take a look at
drivers/usb/gadget/cdc2.c as an example implementation of a composite
gadget driver.
You can make use of the existing f_*.c function drivers or write your
own if needed.

I need more more complex composite driver ( cdc-acm & rndis &
file-storage ).
I just don't look in latest kernel source. This a very good point to start.
