It,s saying mount point doesnot exists.
So figure out why the mount point doesn't exist and fix it. Maybe you
need to do
mount -t sysfs none /sys
first.

I tried the above command and I also made sure that kernel is compiled
with USB debug option .
But still I am not able to fix the mounting problem.
Please suggest a way to fix it.
