From: Chandana Kishori Chiluveru <cchiluve@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx> Add interconnect support in dwc3-qcom driver to vote for bus bandwidth. This requires for two different paths - from USB master to DDR slave. The other is from APPS master to USB slave.
