I'll let you know. I'm using a 2.6.29 with a patch applied by Martin to improve the DMA disk performances. I don't know if this the cause. Now I'm trying a new raid1 sync with debian 2.6.26 kernel using the front port. Is there a way to understand if all the real ports are connected to the internal hub? Using the /proc?
