Originally this problem appeared on 4.15 but I learned that patches are applied in 4.18 against this problem. For me the problem is visible with (4.15.0, 4.17.8, 4.18-rc5). Apart from the messages executing lspci leads to the follow error: lspci: Cannot open /sys/bus/pci/devices/0000:07:01.0/resource: No such file or directory Note that directly after boot lspci runs without problems, the output is attached as lspci_1.txt. After some time the output changes to lspci_2.txt. Thereafter the only the error is shown. The hardware is a Lenovo X1 Yoga 20LD. Please let me know if I can supply further information. Alex
