It applies against current mainline, so you must have some patch touching that file. "quilt patches $THE_FILE" will list the candidates... I'm going to guess it's usb-gadget-introduce-isochronous-source-sink-configuration-driver.patch which I was going to NAK pending a few bugfixes.
