[PATCH 18/20] USB: Add Vendor/Product ID for new CDMA U727 to option driver

* newer versions of the Novatel Wireless U727 CDMA 3G USB stick
   have a different Product ID (0x5010); adding this ID makes them
   work just fine with the option driver
