A couple of the tests can be done using any device.

However most of the tests require a special device, running the Gadget 
Zero code.  This code is part of the Linux kernel and it can run on any 
Linux device with a supported USB peripheral controller.  See

for more information.  If you don't have anything else the easiest way
to get started is to buy a Net2282 controller from PLX, since it has a
PCI interface and can be used on a regular PC.
