More patch queue scrubbing ... these look OK but don't IMO need to be in the 2.6.29-rc queue. There are some other patches outstanding, but I thought I'd start with this set. - rewrite host periodic endpoint allocation - NAK timeout scheme on bulk RX endpoint - fix init oops crash with static FIFO config - only turn off vbus in OTG hosts - partial DaVinci dm355 support The NAK timeout patch is probably the most interesting of these; it'll make a number of things work better for systems, like DaVinci, that don't have lots of RX endpoints to burn.
