Logically (MSWindows) function 19 VENDOR_ENDPOINT would
be constructed by using request type USB_TYPE_VENDOR + USB_RECIP_ENDPOINT.

Did you try that ? (It sure works for me via libusb on
MSWindows, OS X and Linux!)
