I'm not so sure... From what I understood, the log entitled "System log
when connected to only USB port that can turn keyboard on but skips half
of the events" means that keyboard is powered on, but still doesn't work
properly.

Karmo, can you get a log from the case where keyboard works with USB3
disabled in BIOS? I'm assuming port will be handled by EHCI instead,
just wanna confirm.

If that's the case, then a usbmon trace of failing case might help quite
a bit. See Documentation/usb/usbmon.txt for details.
