The problem is that I cannot figure out how throttling is supposed
to work in the driver.
Actually you can't get it because it's not needed at all :S.
I'm checking our specs and it really doesn't need to be done at all, I
think we implemented those methods just to be compatible with other
modules, but chould just be removed and should work the same without
throttling, the hardware is doing the job.
