Maybe we can do something Linux to survive without crashing
all the system. It seems using bad cable makes same error condition
Linux detects,
since we can see at syslog:

usb usb4-port3: disabled by hub (EMI?), re-enabling...

Maybe the error handling should be improved to prevent system crash ?
