BTW, I wouldn't mention platform_data in the subject -- these macros have nothing to do with it as such. This header (initlally inside arch/mach-davinci/) was just a place to *also* place the declarations shared between the DA8xx glue layer and the platform code.

I don't think they always pertain to PLL. The manual calls it PHY reference clock frequency.

This patch defines macros for the missing frequencies:
19.2MHz, 38.4MHz, 13MHz, 26MHz, 20MHz, 40MHz
