We already had an discussion of having an ioremap() like this for UML and S390: static inline void __iomem *ioremap(phys_addr_t offset, size_t size) { BUG(); return NULL; } But IMHO we should just fix the driver dependencies instead of providing dummy interfaces just for the sake of making things somehow build...
