I filed a bug with kernel.org: https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=97391 and Greg Kroah-Hartman requested that I email this list to advise you of the issue as well. There's also a bug that's been filed with Fedora https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1168557 for this issue, and there's the lspci info from different machines listed there. The computer will reboot instead of shutting down. We found a work around when you disable xHCI (and consequently USB3) support in the BIOS and the bug goes away.
