Not sure what you are asking us to do then. Your usb-serial device (067b:2303) is supported by pl2303 driver and should show up as a /dev/ttyUSBn device when you plug it in (you might need to "modprobe pl2303" if it doesn't). What exactly is it that doesn't work?
