irqchip: Remove redundant semicolon after while

check drivers/irqchip with "make coccicheck M=drivers/irqchip/",
it will report unneeded semicolon like below, just remove them.

drivers/irqchip/irq-zevio.c:54:2-3: Unneeded semicolon
