[PATCH v2] iommu: remove redundant parameter check in tegra_smmu_debugfs_init()

debugfs_create_file() will simply return early if
 smmu->debugfs is an error pointer.
Make smmu->debugfs check delete in tegra_smmu_debugfs_init().
