There's a lot clocks in the same boat because they are missing from tegra_clk_init_table.  What we did in the ChromeOS kernel is enumerate the entire clock tree in tegra_clk_init_table for each board so there should be no dependency on bootloader clock configuration.   

I'll mail that patch out.
