Nothing yet for SBC.

Let me rework the patch and add SBC too so it does removable media correctly.
I can send a patch series in a couple of days to replace this patch,
to add support for STARTSTOPUNIT/PREVENTALLOWMEDIUMREMOVAL
and also updates SBC to send NOT_READY/no-media-loaded correctly for
media access opcodes when the device is offline

Please ignore this patch for now and i will create a new one that
includes SBC and the other opcodes (startstopunit) I havent sent yet.
