Before python 3 and flatpak, it was totally accessible with Orca.
I installed it from Debian's repository, and I can't even tell if it runs.

Debian Testing has Chirp 1:20221106+py3-1 as a package (i.e., no flatpak).

I don't know how accessible it is though.
